Story
The Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ Number Eleven) was created by the City of Houston in August 1998 to facilitate the development/ redevelopment of residential and commercial properties.

The mission of The Greater Greenspoint Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ Number Eleven) is to improve the quality of life by providing public amenities to area residents, employees and visitors. In addition to improving the infrastructure and mobility in the area, we seek to improve quality of life by bringing eye-catching public art to each project.
